I'm a local business owner interesting in becoming part of the program, but will have to know what other businesses will also exchange goods and services for Torches before committing to accepting the currency. Please get in touch if you want my thoughts on local business participation!!

Sounds good!

As a resident of the area,I noticed because we live in theprojects we are not informed or aware of such activities..But may I participate now or is it too late? I would like to see a design of an airplane pulling a banner of a kielbasa over a topographical view or picture of Williamsburg / Greenpoint Area. Also a upc coded
for non-duplication with a Picture of the Brooklyn Torch with the Polish Credit union Bank on the background. where a decal is made of the Brooklyn Torch that is issued to participating stores. Where there is a decal people would know the paper money is accepted. there should be denominatios of every level including as paper change in cents, nickels, dimes, quarters. Mcdonalds and fast food restaurant should participate, car services including church donations and local gas stations. The Polish Cred Bank should be the one who will reserve the Money.
